FAQs — spa & jacuzzi installation in Goa
What are the best locations for spas and jacuzzis in Goan properties?
Spas and jacuzzis are ideally placed where they can offer relaxation and views, such as private villa gardens, luxury penthouse terraces in Dona Paula, or as a key amenity in hotel wellness zones. Proximity to changing rooms or outdoor showers is also a practical consideration for commercial settings.
How do you ensure the longevity of spas in Goa's coastal environment?
To ensure longevity, we specify spa units and components made from marine-grade, corrosion-resistant materials suitable for Goa's saline coastal air. Proper enclosure, ventilation, and a robust maintenance schedule are also crucial to protect equipment from humidity and ensure continuous operation.
Can I put a hot tub on my rooftop?
Yes — most modern roofs can take a hot tub, especially the lightweight FRP variants. We coordinate with your structural engineer to confirm.
Do you sell or only install?
We supply and install. We can also retrofit a jacuzzi into an existing pool or terrace.
Can pools be built near the beach in Goa?
Yes, with the right engineering. Sandy soil and a high water table require hydrostatic relief valves, careful backfill and sometimes a partially raised shell. We check groundwater level on site before designing, and we use corrosion-resistant fittings for salt air.
