FAQs — rooftop swimming pool construction in Nagpur
Is a rooftop pool safe for my building in Nagpur?
Safety is our priority. We conduct thorough structural analysis with certified engineers to assess your building's capacity and design a lightweight, reinforced pool structure. Our waterproofing systems are multi-layered and rigorously tested to prevent any leaks or damage to the building below.
How do you manage water temperature in an exposed rooftop pool?
Rooftop pools are more exposed to Nagpur's sun and cold. We address this with high-efficiency heat pumps for winter warming and robust automatic covers or shading solutions for summer cooling and evaporation control, ensuring comfortable water temperatures year-round.
Can my building's roof support a swimming pool?
Most modern RCC slabs can — but it must be verified by a structural engineer. We assist with the load calculation and recommend the lightest pool system that suits your slab.
Won't a rooftop pool leak?
Our reinforced PVC membrane creates a single welded sheet inside the pool, with a 10-year water-tightness guarantee. We've built rooftop pools across India that remain leak-free.
Can a pool in Nagpur be used year-round?
With a heat pump and thermal cover, yes. Nagpur nights drop to single digits in January, so heating is what makes winter swimming realistic; in summer, shade and a cover reduce water temperature and evaporation.
