It covers water-tightness of the reinforced PVC membrane — meaning no leaks through the membrane material or welded seams. If the liner fails to hold water due to manufacturing defect or installation error by Dreamz Pools, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

Damage caused by vandalism, improper pool chemistry (pH outside 7.0–7.6 for extended periods), physical punctures from sharp objects, neglecting winterisation in freezing regions, or repairs done by unauthorised third parties. Structural cracking of the pool shell itself is also excluded — the warranty covers the membrane, not the concrete beneath.
